Wardwines is a family owned vineyard who produces amazing limited edition wines. This small family-run business came to me in search of a rebrand due to Thomas Ward taking over the family business. With new ownership, he was looking to refresh their brand image and make it a little more contemporary but to keep the same feel with reds and greens to reflect the vineyard and grapes. I settled on this design as it was simple, but elegant. The classical serif font ads a timeless feel to it and keeps that modern look but with a nod to their heritage. The grape illustration again brings this branding to a more classic style with a modern touch so the overall branding balances between modern and classic. The aim of this was to modernise their old branding without losing their heritage ensuring it captured the heart of their brand - wine!
